Jan is a member of Otūmoetai Baptist Church and is nominated by Scott Muspratt.

I am a great communicator, provider of resources, encourager, and a team player who is passionate about helping our Baptist women to thrive and be all that God has called them to be.

Jan is passionate about seeing women released into ministry.

Jan is organised, dedicated, compassionate and hard working.

She is a good communicator and can relate to people of all ages.

Jan will bring her whole self to this role.  Jan is whole-hearted (even by Brene Brown’s definition).

Jan also brings a decade of experiencing the difficulties and sometimes prejudices that women face in ministry and leadership.

Jan brings a passion for ‘the Church’ and a rock-solid belief that ‘the Church’ and our churches will not be all that they can be until everyone is able to fully participate.

How does the nominee fit what is needed? Is the word ‘perfectly’ overselling her?  Perhaps someone else will need to judge.

This nomination is supported by Otūmoetai Baptist Church.
