What an exciting time to be Baptist. We have seen so much positive change and the momentum seems to be growing!
Whether its our treaty journey, our young people, the constitution that shapes us, our posture in engaging with difficult conversations, stewarding our assets, ensuring our people and places are safe, and determining our hand-carved mission… we’re taking some big bites to ensure gospel renewal of people and places in Aotearoa and beyond.
Baptist identity is about being brave and courageous (and dare we say radical!). As the Lord instructed Joshua, “have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” (Josh 1:9)
This is not a season for nibbling at the edges, it’s a season for big bites!
